Over many years of my professional working I have gone through numerous training sessions (virtual and classroom) with various training companies. I recently attended two virtual sessions with PD Training on Managing Virtual Teams and Resilience & You. I loved both of these sessions - the trainer energy, the training content and the cross-cultural experience (there were participants from different countries) was terrific. Overall, an awesome experience!

PD Training is not only a professional organisation but one that truly understands the age of the modern learner by delivering training in the comfort of your home or workplace. They have a vast array of courses to choose from and experienced facilitators who tailor the courses to suit their audience's needs. I have attended many courses by PD and have never been disappointed with my experience as Ive always walked away with a new skill or concept that I can start using immediately.
Really enjoyed my training with PDT. The training was tailored to my needs and the team really went out of their way to help answer my questions. Love the REACH profiling too - some great takeaways for me to use in both my personal and professional life :)

Thank you PD Training for the amazing experience i had when I attended your Foundation Skills for EA's and PA's course. I had a surprisingly amount of fun and we all got a lot out of the training. Was a positive and enlightening experience for the whole team.
I have done several customer service and admin focused courses with this organisation. Trainer Karen is always great and consistent, and is good at maintaining the group's interest. From what I can recall, they follow up after you have completed the course with free booster and refresher training offers. I was able to successfully apply gained skills in my job and affirm certain knowledge and skills I already had. However, I have came across pretty poor email communication. Have emailed my query through to check if the particular course suits my job role and have not heard back for 4 business days.
