Busy during the morning and afternoon rushes. Well laied out to get around.

Busy tram stop in the middle of a busy intersection of several major roads. Can be tricky for pedestrians to get across to stop. Gets extremely busy during the evening peak with trams to the city packed. Can be better to go up a stop or two further up the line to increase your chances of getting on a tram. Some shelters offer a little shelter, but the roofs are too small and not enough protection is provided from cold wind

Used to be a great tram interchange. But its being messed around with by the metro rail tunnel project. 5 years of chaos! Also through routing the route 55 tram to Toorak has made connections towards william street very unreliable and is less frequent than when the 55 ran.

Clean and well maintained

There's a reasonable amount of shelter here. Can be difficult to get on a tram in peak periods however, and the pedestrian crossing light seems like it takes forever to change

Stayed at the nearby hotel for my girlfriends birthday... Her friend stayed in the room on the other bed for a night... Still, smashed it up...
