One working pay station. One working elevator and escalator not working either. Told to walk down car ramps if I want to get to my car faster. As It’s very tight to drive around already I chose to wait for the hour it took to get to the only working pay station. Looks like you get what you pay for in a cheaper car park facility. Not happy at all.

I would give this place a 0. Parked there today to go to the theatre. By the way the prices looked to me I thought I would pay 20 to 30 for about 2 hours. It cost me 50 for 2 hours and 20 minutes. When I phoned them I got a lady who said it should be 35 then she put me on to a man who said anything over 2 hours is 50. This is not what is advertised.

I parked at Paramount Carpark on the busy Saturday Election Night. The city was crazy busy! I'd tried to book online with cheaper Wilsons parking but they were already booked out. It really is worth reading reviews of carparks in the city, and figuring out the best ones for safety and price. You don't want to end up with a broken in car! 222 Russell St def doesn't seem a safe option! I thought Paramount Carpark was pretty good. 15 for all night, weekend rate. The entrance from Exhibition St is pretty tight, as you turn the bend to get to the ticket boom gate. The car in front of me had to reverse to be able to get around properly. GO WIDE! I could see the nearby pillar which had been fairly badly scratched by cars that didn't make it. I do agree the carpark spaces are fairly narrow, luckily when I arrived at 6pm, I had spaces next to me, so it was easy to park. When I returned at 10pm, there were cars parked on either side, which left very narrow spaces next to the car. I had to fully drive out, to let all the passengers in. Pay ticket station was easy to find in the Paramount Mall, near the main doors to Bourke St. Everything was straightforward, 15, no extra fees or getting ripped off, lifts were clean and operating. The carpark seemed safe and clean. This carpark is part of the (empty) Paramount Mall, so they probably make sure it's in good quality. Look out coming out of the driveway exit on Exhibition St, a lot of unaware pedestrians and cars at the top. I'd probably park there again .
Very convenient parking & good location & reasonable prices. Love that its 24 hours also. Will definitely use again.
Reasonably priced carpark at the top end of town
Currently stuck in line of about 35-40 people waiting to pay at the one working paystation. Current wait time is 30 minutes.
