This centre needs to employ more reception staff. I called 5 times this week, each time over 20 mins wait then had to hang up as couldn't wait anymore. Sometimes, can't even get on the wait line as there are more than 10 people on wait so it disconnects. Can you please employ more reception staff people?

Was waiting for 55 minutes on the phone to make appointment and finally got a answer -I need send the referral letter by email first.
I have been trying to make an appointment for my daughter for 6 weeks. I have been told a multitude of excuses by the same reception person. She should not have a job. I have now decided to go somewhere else.
Doctors are fantastic but cannot get a hold of reception on the phone and communication is average. Not deal when your trying to manage unknown health issues with your child.
I'd give them a negetive rating if i could. the practice manager should be fired.
I have brought my daughter here to see both a paediatrician and an OT and am blown away by their service. Very thorough in both the sessions and the reporting, much more than I expected. Yes it has been a hit and miss with reception experience but don't judge on that. The specialists are well worth the visit. Highly recommend here to anyone looking for the best for their child.
Reception staff are hopeless! Called on 4 separate occasions and sat on hold on the phone for 30 mins each time - phone call was never answered (l think there was no one there but the message kept telling me to wait on hold!) Emailed at least 3 times over 6 months, last emailed answered after l had made an appointment with another specialists. Although the doctor l saw was great, reception staff were, at best, rude and incompetent. Don't bother with them - please look elsewhere where you will actually get an appointment!!
The most unprofessional service and rude reception staff. I called 8 times over three days and held on the phone for over 20 minutes, only to be hung up on. Finally made an appointment. The doctor was fantastic. The reception staff were rude, incompetent and had no idea about the services provided. Do not waste your time.
