Random acts of kindness was on full display today. The gentleman cleaned the glasses of a regular customer and the care he displayed; was nothing short of exceptional. What a wonderful ambassador for OPSM ️

Great customer experience eyes tested, new script, new frames selected and ordered, within my budget and all in under 1 hour. Thanks OPSM

Poor customer service. Staff just shove you up in waiting room. Staff not welcoming at all. Big improvement needs to be made with customer service - first point of contact Optomertist did a great job. Amazing.

Unprofessional staff. Had issue during ordering as team member wasn't familiar with the system. Received wrong model of glasses. Requested another colour, made sure that I wanted a new one and not the display. Called the store multiple times to confirm that the glasses frame is new, they confirmed its new. I came in to the store for the 4th time and found out that the store have lied to me about the new frame. It was the display frame! Very disappointing.

I had my eyes checked with Optometrist Elaine and she was very thorough. She took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure that my eyes were properly looked after

Very Misleading buisness to deal with. purchased a pair of reading glasses and the storeman recommended a lense for them without telling me what they were for. i went along with the purchase because i thought they where neccessery for my glasses but upon looking online and actually seeing what the add on to the lenses were i decided to ring up to see if i coult get a refund because i didnt need the UV lenses as these were reading glasses and i wasnt going to be wearing them all the time. i was ony refunded 130 of the 260 so i was basiccly ripped off 130. becareful when dealing with this buisness as they will try and milk as much money out of you as possible.

inflexible iPhone showed 4:06 when I arrived for my 4:00 appointment at OPSM Bourke St Melbourne, and I was told brusquely that it was now 4:13 (their clock was wrong) and I would need to reschedule. Presumably, if I had arrived at 4pm, I would have been told to reschedule because I was 7 minutes late. If you’re going to be so inflexible with clients, at least fix your clock. Will get my eye test elsewhere.

Have been a customer for a number of year. I keep going back as they have a large selection of frames to try. Optometrists are overall okay. I feel they do use fear mongering to upsell further eye scans for eye health issues you may or may not have instead of thorough education to the customer on what the issue could be, likelihood, risks etc. These scans can be done cheaper or free at competitors. Retail assistants friendly but not particularly helpful for frame selection. The after care fitting service is non existent. Not really worth the high RRP charged.
