Communication prior to the training was helpful. The reception and training rooms are comfortable and professionally laid out. The trainer was very knowledgeable and ensured that the day's training was going to meet the needs of each person present. Thus she spent time on matters that she might otherwise have dealt with more quickly. She checked with participants as to their knowledge level for each of the sections to be covered and thus did not waste time where each and every participant was already competent. The trainer made herself available at the conclusion of the formal training to provide assistance on material that was outside the formal curriculum but still relevant to the subject of the day's training.
I found the courses at Odyssey very professional, interesting and informative! Trainer Annie was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable in her field, very clear concise, patient, thorough and passionate about what she was teaching! It made the experience of learning easy and helpful! I would highly recommend this place for adult learning and gaining valuable experience!
I work for Scandia Group and we recently engaged OdysseyTraining to run on site training to improve our team skills in Managing Difficult Customer Behaviors & Complaints. I am really impressed by both the course content and the trainer, Rachael. The training was delivered in a way that is relevant to our business and the types of issues our team experience day to day. We were engaged for both sessions and the team came out both days raving about the training. We have already been using some tricks in the day to day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Odyssey Training.
The training content of the course, facilities and instructor competence all contributed to an exceptional training experience at Odesset Training Melbourne. However, the administration department may require some improvements to cater for minor changes. To illustrate, a co-worker was panelled to do the course, but was unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances . Needless to say, our company needed someone to take his position in such short notice. I volunteered, did the course and updated the participant credentials required to submit an end of course critique and future correspondence (I.e. course certificate and the link for this feedback). Instead, my co-worker received both the certificate with my name on it and a separate email from Odessey with the link for this feedback.
The staff at Odyssey are AMAZING. Super friendly, very helpful. They provided many insights into a working day that have improved my productivity immensely. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!
I recently attended a course at Odyssey Training at their Melbourne offices on Queen Street. The course was very well facilitated and the tutor was very warm and friendly and happy to answer any questions. She also gave us very useful tips that I have applied since with success. I would definitely recommend Odyssey Training and hope to attend another course with them again.
I have complete two (one day) courses at Odyssey Training Melbourne. Learned a lot at these sessions. Great facility, very friendly and helpful staff and the trainers that delivered the courses were very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back for more courses in future.
