The NBN is corruption in Australia. Offering service similar to those in third world countries, it would be easy to think that the government would let people have a faster, more efficient way. There are two reasons why they won't let a private company give us the internet we deserve. They payed for the NBN installation and they want every Australian to pay for it so they can be richer, and they want to spy on us. The NBN system exposes us to radioactivity, increasing our risk of cancer, however they still deny us of the right to have good internet.

Why there is only one company can provide installation when NBN is so bad with service? Australian Government, what are you thinking? Who are on the board in NBN company?
Can't give negative or zero stars. They don't deserve any stars at all. Absolutely clueless staff, couldn't figure out what the issue was with my nbn connection, blamed it on the ISP and left without even testing their own port signal from the nbn box.
A disgraceful effort. 1st serviceman left after 2 hours claiming unqualified to do connection. Replacement serviceman cut off all phones and connected in wrong part of the house. Also left cable all over the entrance to the house. Luckily Optus came 2 days later and took 5 hours to correct the mess. Two messages sent to nbn without reply. Peter Flack
I'm waiting 6 weeks for a connection to the NBN. Multiply issues with connection including fibre optic cable damage and line mismatches. They cannot be contacted directly but just constant redirect to the ISP. It seems they do not take responsibility nor care for their customers. Terrible company to deal with.
trying to report pole box on cnr of richmond cres and little street werribee 3030 victoria needs repair...as it is down...so hard to tell anyone..really bad service...this is part of your network to feed wires to houses..been given runaround..there shoul be one number..this is wear and tear...shuold be no. for reporting problems on treet
9 months back and forth attempting to have our address connected. Customer service were hopeless and would continually handball me to other departments, then never follow up, after being assured that they would. I had to chase things up at every point of our application, which was delayed contiually - finally culminating in the NBN connecting the wrong address when they finally did come. Never have I dealt with a more incompetant company. The government needs to do something about this flawed service.
Its a "game changer" enjoy constant dropouts.
