Good service and quick action. If you have any problems with your apple device and it is till under warranty, go here. Quick update: they cancelled on me and I never got the product. The second employee, unfriendly and blunt. Would not recommend

A typical Apple retail outlet although this store is a franchise not a genuine Apple store so some items you cannot obtain from the store like a genuine Genius bar. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can obtain most Apple products from the store. There is also a in-house repair department. There are many Apple products on display which you can touch and feel to experience.
Dropped off my keyboard for a keyboard service repair program, drop off took around 10 minutes and even though I was skeptical I received my laptop back in 6 days (5 business days) which was a lot shorter than the expected 10-12 days. They did a full cleaning and replaced the keys, cleaned and wiped down the entire laptop and even replaced the USBC ports with new ones. Amazing service and I highly recommend.
Not the best experience from a Apple authorised center . Dropped in to pick a earphone for my iPhone 7. Apparently the girl at the counter had no clue about where the product was or how much it will cost . She had to call in a different staff for help . They had a discussion before they could give me a price . I still picked up the product . However looking at my past experiences with Apple stores this place needs to buck up . With the new Apple store coming up in federation square these guys will find it difficult to survive if they don’t work on customer service . CBD definitely has room for Apple authorised centers . But this is not what we are looking for .
I asked them to change my damage screen, they are advertising at their store that it will take 3-4 hours same day repair. Which is a lie . Staff told me that my iPhone was to severely damage and needed to be send in apple store which mean I will wait two weeks delay plus spend a few hundred away. I decided to walk off and try another place , result? Half an hour later my phone was fully fixed for 50 on Flinder street. Don’t dare trying there shop they are no helpful and just want your money !

Went in on 3 Feb 2021, around 3pm. Would give zero if I could. Customer service easily some of the worst I have experienced. Waited 10 minutes to buy a screen protector when there was just one person in front of me. No communication whatsoever about wait times from brown-haired male staff member with glasses, despite seeing him walk around for ages doing other jobs. Another customer comes in, wants headphones, and is made by that worker to cut in front of me to buy them!! What a joke! Finally once getting to the front counter, staff member takes incredibly long entering in the product, and I was told to write down my phone number and home address on a piece of paper, which is seriously overstepping boundaries for such a simple customer service transaction that doesn't actually involve delivery, and also needlessly prolonged the transaction and wait times for other customers behind me (I regretted writing it down but just wanted to get out of there at that point). Once finished, not even a thank you or bye from the worker! Would totally avoid this shop in all circumstances until service staff are PROPERLY TRAINED in customer service etiquette!!!
