TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! At first, I was very happy with purchasing from the company. I ordered the travel wallet along with a customise tote. The staff at the Doncaster store was very helpful which made me want to try the company… The travel wallet arrived within the 3-4 business days, which was awesome. As I had to add a zip to the tote, correspondence was made and they were prompt. Which made me happy and thought at that time the company was great. When everything was settled, I was advised it would take 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I haven’t received any correspondence from the company. I didn’t make a fuss… I emailed them in regards to an update with my purchase…I was advised to wait 2-3 business days as it would take that long to hear from there guys in Europe. (I have made correspondence with previous purchases from other companies in Europe previously and the response time is usually the following day.) I still didn’t make a fuss I was then informed, that an additional three weeks would incur or a refund… After sleeping on it, I have advise them, I would prefer a refund…I was advise it would take 5-10 business day and it would go straight to my nominated account…and it has still yet to arrive. I have followed it through and was then advise it will be sent to the finance team and it should arrive in 24hrs. The deadline has gone and past and I am still waiting for my refund… FOR FUTURE BUYERS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE COMPANY…the response time with issues and refund is terrible. I didn’t want to make a review, as I hate to make a fuss. As I work in customer service, I do try to be understanding…but this is just ridiculous!!!
