Great experience！I accidentally got the shampoo on my wool coat. The staff patiently give me advice, it was very clean after dry cleaning and I could hardly see any marks. I was very grateful for it saved my coat！

Recommendations are offered for best cleaning option for items. Small and narrow interior but sufficient. Public seats are available. Cash and card payments accepted.
Disaster. I did dry cleaning for this trench so many times, always was fine. It was vintage and now is trash
Melbourne City Dry Cleaners is quite nice, deliver service on time and the service provider are also have polite nature and well mannered. They clean my giant teddy bears but can't able to remove stains from my dress. That's why I give 3 star rating. But overall the experience was not worst.
Clean, but quite expensive laundry shop! Paid over 20...staff was also not friendly at all.
Absolutely shocking. Ruined my dress and they took no accountability. There were spots of oil all over my dress which they obviously have cleaned with something else and has marked my dress. Then they proceeded to tell me that's how I brought it in. Refused to give money back Gavin who is apparently the owner was rude, no apology, no idea what customer service is.
Handy coin laundromat in the centre of Melbourne. Friendly, helpful staff.
Ripped off... they charged me full price and did not even get the watermark stains out. Very rude people!!
