Melbourne CBD Visited on 2/2/2021 Melbourne was a vibrant city, but no now, although it has been voted several times as the most liveable city in the world. For more than one year, I have not been to Melbourne due to COVID-19. I make this special trip to support a local restaurant. After alighting from the train at the Flinders Street Station, and riding the escalator to the concourse, my heart sank to its lowest. It was empty. As I exited from the station, I felt no better. The Melbourne I grew up to love is no busier than a ghost city. I have never seen Melbourne so quiet during the busy hours of the day, since the Christmas Day of 1970, the year I arrived in Melbourne. This album shows photos of Swanston Street, Elizabeth Street, Bourke Street, Lonsdale Street, Flinders Lane, Royal Arcade, Block Arcade and St Collins Lane. I shall keep you informed about Melbourne CBD recovery ASAP.

Melbourne at night - beautiful city to photograph - we had a fantastic time - also being interstaters in the day travelling away from the CBD by train or tram we found it very easy to go to where the tourist attractions are

One of the best places that I’ve ever visited. As you may know Melbourne has been chosen for the most liveable city by EIU. And that’s true. Everything that you need for living is in the city, it’s so convenient. Also you can catch trams, which is also famous for here, it makes your life more convenient and better I guess. In free tram zone,which covers almost whole central city, literally you can ride tram for free, that’s really nice. More one or two thing that I should refer to is that you can see lots of street art such as the images that I uploaded, that’s one of my favourite points of this city.
