I acquired an old album of used stamps dating back to the mid twentieth century which I incorrectly presumed had market value. My enthusiasm was dashed by the frustrated store manager who gave me a stern dosage of reality. I implore people to acquire knowledge on current market trends as professional dealers are justified in their expectations that prospective sellers are understanding the market. There is no virtue in using kindness to reject unmarketable items. I have since acquired a collection of unused stamps in mostly unhinged form and in mint condition which I will be taking into the shop in the near future. Thank you to Max Stern & Co. for their integrity and energy.

I ordered albums and stamps from Max Stern & found them fantastic to deal with. I rang with questions & they were very helpful & really took their time to answer fully. I also wanted certain colors of albums & they went out of their way to access these for me. Excellent service. They also included some lovely stamps for free in my parcel. A kind gesture. :)
