Main group recently fixed our leaking balcony, and also procured and installed double-glass doors and windows to our house. Neil and Warren were speedy, considerate and reasonably priced. They actually did some extra painting at no extra cost. Chelsee is great at communicating process and progress. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Terrific service. Can't recommend highly enough. Both Neil & Chelsee go out of their way to communicate & make sure the job & trades are all going well. I have had to use several builders over the years for Insurance repairs or renovations & have to say Main Building are by far the best. They are currently rebuilding my mothers garage after a sinkhole appeared leaving it unsafe. This is during Covid & the guys are being very careful & are very conscious of keeping mum safe. They also repaired her laundry after a burst pipe. We used them to handle renovations at home & Neil did a fantastic job with a new bathroom and mundane work such as replacing rotten doors, installing new windows, painting etc. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Main Building to anyone. They are trustworthy & reliable & not as expensive as some of the builders we had Insurance quotes from which were ridiculously expensive & wanted to use cheaper products!!.
Wrote email to the company requesting quote, never received response. Wrote other emails to enquire whether my emails had been received. Also no response. Rang numerous times, unable to get through to relevant person. Calls never returned. Don't seem interested in small jobs.
This is the second time I have engaged Main Building Group to conduct works on my residential property in the last twelve months. Again the team are not only great at what they do but have a strong focus on customer service. If they say they will call at a certain time, or show up at a certain time, they do! This was important for me as I have a busy household. On both jobs the work they carried out was superb and demonstrated a high level of care, skill and attention to detail. I have been nothing but impressed.
Main Building Group recently renovated our bathroom. We were very satisfied with the support and advice we received during the project and the result is fantastic. They were professional and prompt. We would happily use them again.
