Airbnb - stayed here and had worst experience of my life. Horrible building, horrible staff, never coming here again. Next time I will spend more money and stay at an actual hotel. 0/10 stars.

The view from the building is nice . But the building management service needs to be improved. Not highly recommend.

What ever you do never go here. I was there with my family and the ‘owner’ barley spoke English and was wanting 300 dollar deposit which was wrong the deposit was meant to be 100 dollars. He also wanted us to pay the hotel fee but it was already paid for. We got on the phone to our travel agent and she said that she was getting the company who got our pay said they’ll be calling him. He then called his wife so the company couldn’t call him and my parents saw the missed calls from the company and told him to call them back but he laughed and said no. The owner wouldn’t give us out key and he was forcing us to pay we alwanted to get out of there but he wouldn’t let us. My parents were getting angry and my siblings started crying because he scared us to the point where we went somewhere else. I took a photo of his licence and then my parents said they’ll go to the police and then all of a sudden he ran off and was laughing at us because we were so angry and upset. Do your family and yourself a favour and never go there. It was an absolute disaster. I’ve been coming to Melbourne for 18 years and never had something like this happen.
Badly designed dangerous building. Fire escapes exit to narrow foyer, no communication from building managers as to fire alarm situation. Didn’t even know if safe to return into the building after an alarm as no instructions - even at the front entrance office. Fire Brigade didn’t even turn up.!!! 2500 apartments to evacuate quickly is a disaster waiting to happen. Only 2 lifts to lower floors and another 2 lifts to upper floors. Be prepared to wait ages for lifts and to line up to get one. Strongly recommend staying in any other building than this one for your own safety. Book somewhere else.
Apartments are SO DISGUSTING! It's like they never cleaned it at all, stains everywhere on the beds, floors, balcony, bins broken, Freezers dirty, Would not recommend at all. Wouldn't even give a star for this.
Was ok for airbnb but locks were stuffed front and sliding doors
