I turned over half a cup of tea on the laptop keyboard, and pressed the power button when I was not sure whether the computer was shut down due to excessive panic (please do not press the power button when the notebook is flooded). If your situation is particularly urgent, you can Pay the expedited repair fee like me, they are really friendly and very professional! They fixed my laptop within 3 hours and fixed my "x" key. I forgot to tell them about this problem but they found it and fixed it! Really very reliable! Thank you so much!

Great service! My laptop got water damaged but I have 2 tests in three days. Tim got my problem solved in 2 days though I kept urging them since I was really in a hurry. They saved my life!
