Excellent friendly service and very nice simple food out on a roof top garden looking down on the city best bit was when they started to spray a super fine mist of water all over the place it felt so good being such a hot day loved it .
The worst experience, Not long ago we had a company get together and we were told that we can adjourned from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor after 2 hours of stay which was good. But when time came they expected us to leave abruptly even though they were nowhere near at full capacity. Unfriendly and not accommodative and given the covid situation you think twice before asking some 13 guests to leave the business premises. Very disappointing. In addition to that - I was not informed that once you book in a table, guests are not allowed to go to the bar and order their individual drink it has to be put all in one tab - which makes it even worse as a social meet. Won't be coming here again. There are other better roof top bars in the city to choose from.
We had the BEST night celebrating my 40th birthday (private function) on level 3. The venue, staff, food and views where absolutely amazing! Our guest had an absolute ball as did we. Thanks again Looproof. Highly recommend a visit or your next function - Dallas
Great little hiding spot from a lane way entry out of Collins street. Great open views and fantastic staff. This is one you gotta get to
Although having a lovely atmosphere, the experience of not being allowed to order at the bar with a larger group didn't work. What made this worse was the fact they don't split the bill, therefore at the end of the night it becomes a hassle to see who ordered what, which could have been fixed by just allowing us to order at the bar. There bar menu was also lacklustre, attributing it to them being able to make 'anything' which protruded this sense of pretentiousness that was unnecessary. Having a menu in which demonstrates a good array of cocktails and and Spritz with the ability of being able to make anything wouldve made for an easier night. Finally the waiters refused to write anything down which again does not work, You are bound to forget something in a big grou. Overall eventhough the cocktails were lovely and the atmosphere was good these problems made the enjoyable night slightly more annoying and couldve been avoided.
Had a great night here. The vibe is good and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Mim, the functions manager, is a delight and made booking a large group during the COVID restrictions so easy. Will definitely be going back.
Conner is the best waiter. He delivers amazing cocktails with a smile (under his mask). Love him. He also has lovely pins. Give him a raise.
