Had the WORST EXPERIENCE using Logoinn. I got lured in with the cheap price and short turnaround time but they failed to deliver my website in the time they quoted. 6 months later I am still waiting for my website which is just a simple 7 page website for our mechanic shop. When I call them I get redirected to an offshore call center, when I ask to visit their office they say they have no Australian office and are based in the UK and America, their website says they are Australian so that is misleading. I have now submitted an application to the ACCC for them to investigate this and get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

We cancelled our account back in January, yet logoInn are still processing payments from our account. Numerous emails go unanswered. We were assured the accounts dept would rectify and refund the money as there was no disputing the errors made on their behalf, yet weeks down the track and over 2000 later they are still taking money. Totally inept . *EDIT a month later still being given empty promises of refund. Total owing now over 3000. Clearly not a professional team. Stay well away from logoinn.com.au
Logoinn have been nothing but a waste of time and money, full of fake promises and they cannot deliver a proper website. When I first contacted them they quoted me a very cheap price that I thought was too good to be true but decided to give them a go as I did not have a lot of money, I wish I never went with them as it has been problem after problem. They cannot listen to simple requests such as changing colors and fixing up spelling mistakes they have made in the website, the design is nothing what I wanted and they told me I had to stick with their template and go elsewhere. The service has been very rude and when I ask for a refund they say no. Do your research first as I can see I am not the only negative logoinn review online and can see many other people have had issues with logoinn.
Wheres my refund that you told me you would be sending, 3 months later and still no refund from you as the logo and website you produced was absolute garbage and kept getting infected with viruses and also spamming all my customers on my email. Have already reported logoinn to accc to further look into this dodgy business.
they say everything you need to hear , however they failed me in every way ....my site down more times that it is up and working.
