Was so bored with the post-lockdown recovery and managed to walk into the store welcomed by the awesome man in charge. Good & attractive customer services. I got one sex toy at a really reasonable price and really enjoyed the inner texture of it. Highly recommend this store and will definitely get what I need from this store again!!
Great customer service but a bit pricey.
Walked in about 9.30, was told by the guy with the red goatee that I would have to be quick because he has to close.. meanwhile the other customer that was standing around in there was ok to stay.. makes you wonder what kind of services are offered
I went on winter last year, I wanted to buy a finger vibrator I saw on the website, it was 14, but when I went to the store I found out that the price was more expsive than that, it was 24!!, I asked to the staff why it was cheaper on the online store, so he decided to call the manager to ask about the price and he confirmed it was not the correct price at all. After that I also wanted to buy a bullet vibrator and I asked again to the staff if he could call to the manager to verify the price, and he denied to do that arguing that he had already done so and he was not going to do that again. It was very uncomfortable and I felt I could not trust on this store again. If you decide to go, always check on the price on the website first, you don't want to be fooled.
