I came in today looking for a present for a friend as i had heard good things about this brand. Although the products seemed lovely, the staff were quite unpleasant to talk to; cold and not inviting, which is disappointing to see as they have a beautiful store and brand name to them. Hope to see some new staff that are more joyful soon.

Absolutely loved the facials and mud treatments many years ago but I stopped going simply because the company had a new booking procedure I was not happy with. The appointments book, next to your name, the business wanted your credit card number just in case you did not turn up or was late and they'd take some sort of fee out. The appointments book was always open for everyone to view. Hopefully, this has changed.

The female staff was very inflexible and have no commercial sense. She provided wrong information to begin with and was very reluctant to accommodate an exchange / credit request just because the product was originally purchased from another Jurlique concept store. Keeping her will cause this store to lose more business. I have certainly decided to take my business elsewhere.

I've been a loyal user of Jurlique products for over a decade. Created by a European who lived in SA, the botanical products are chemical free and include several therapeudic essential oils. You can test the products in store. Also they provide you a sample to take home, if available. My picks are *Lavender hand cream *Rose hand cream *Oatmeal exfoliating cream (Amazing!! Your skin will love you for it. It's gentle enough for the most sensitive of skins) These make ideal gifts if you're a tourist. Try the 40ml for a small gift or the 100ml for an extra special gift.
