Very good experience of Basketball game, kids loving it. Air conditioning is too strong, don’t forget your coat.

Great venue for sport. Clean and well managed. Seats could be more comfortable though. Parking at JCA can be costly. Also for prices cafe/bar are STUPID. 8 for 100g yogurt. 5.30 for a chocolate bar. Best advice: Take the train, a water bottle and your own food. Otherwise you'll be paying more in parking, food and drink, than for the actual event.

Great arena to catch your favourites play during the Australian open. We watched 4 games and loved every bit of it. The tickets are comparatively cheaper than the Rod Laver arena which is a plus. We got front row seats for Kyrgios vs Thiem Match and the energy of the crowd was eclectic. Once in a lifetime experience. The tickets during AO also give access to the practice village, so you can catch other players in action as well. We stayed inside the stadium mostly but plenty of seating and big screens are available outdoors as well. Food/beverage and souvenir shops as usual. For food, I would suggest to hunt around and all vendors are not the same and then pick what you like best. Sad that we are in lockdown and some of our tickets are now cancelled.

The best place to see the Australian open. This is the only arena in Melbourne Park with a roof which doesn't make people with a day ticket get out before the 'evening' matches. Today for a really modest cost I've seen both the men's and women's no. 3 players.

Great views from everywhere, with great speakers and nice screens

Great outdoor area, plenty of shops to eat and drink beers if you do that, souveneirs etc. Sometimes live music. The arena is great. Bring a cushion if you have a boney bum. Tram and train stops are right beside it. Car parks across the bridge if you drive

Awesome venue. Allowed to take plastic bottles, no aluminium drink bottles. I sat in the cheapies, 67 row CC and great view. As per all these venues food and drinks ridiculous. 6 for a bottle of coke.

Loved watching the nbl there, great atmosphere, signals was clear and made it easy to find our seats, staff were helpful and provided clear guidance and were polite. Overall it was a lovely experience.
