My 18 y.o. daughter attended i-MED at 250 Collins St. to have a simple X-ray of a broken finger. She was charged 75.00 for the service, which is bulk billed everywhere else we go. We've not paid for an X-ray from our pockets for over 2 decades...only at i-MED... in the CBD. Our unsuspecting, relatively inexperienced daughter was asked to pay, she didn't question it, thinking this was 'the norm'. Upon calling i-MED to question it, they brushed us off, stating they were a private company & don't bulk bill. Our surgeons rooms, whom recommended i-MED said that they have not experienced one of their referrals being charged for a X-ray before. BE AWARE & check price prior to attending. Appears to be opportunism in practise.

Went there with my wife for an ultrasound. the radiologist was very unfriendly, and did not explain anything about the results. As a concerned parent to be we expected at least some information and a more friendly demeanor. not going there again.

I've been here twice for ultrasound scans and both times my sonographer had been very professional and patient. From explaining the procedure to answering any questions I may have about the procedure, she made me feel comfortable and no judgement at all. Would definitely come back here for any future scans.

I attended one of your rooms on Monday 14 September 2020, for CT scans , I have a privacy issue i had and I need to privately take this up with your company . I don't wish to air it here on a forum. I have searched your sites to find an email address to outline my concerns with success, can you therefore contact me please by providing a email address for me to do so. Regards Chrissy

I did Some X rays After getting a referral from a doctor. After the OPG was done, they did not give me the X rays and refuse to tell me anything about it also. They said they will be sending my GP all the information. Well they only send the doctor 2 sentence letter saying what was on the X-ray. Now that the dentists I’m seeing in my area, 50 minutes from this place can not get any access to these x rays. Because my GP don’t have it and they don’t email X-rays. So now I have to go out of my way again and visit there branch to pick up these xrays!

Went here to get a chest x-ray for my son. The staff were very helpful, clear and kind. This is near to tram stop so you can get here in number 11, 48, 109 and 12 trams. very quick service with less than 15 minutes for the whole service. Book an appointment as usual.

This 1 star review is due to the Receptionists and not the Radiographer. The Radiographer was professional and I had no issues with her. I called I-Med on Collins St at 12pm to book in a time for a X-Ray. I was told that there was no need as I could walk up and wait 5-10 mins. Being around the corner I arrived at 12:10pm and was greeted by Abby at reception. She proceeded to take my details and told me to have a seat as the Radiographer will be with me soon. 45 minutes later I was still waiting and saw 2 walk-ins who arrived after me go in before me. I went to reception and asked how much longer I needed to wait. Abby by this point had gone off to lunch so another receptionist told me there was a delay with lots of walk-ins. I did ask why the 2 walk-ins who arrived after me were served and she said they had appointments when I clearly heard them saying they had no appointments when they arrived. She told me it wouldn't be much longer. at 1pm, 5 minutes after I asked reception about wait time, I was called by the Radiographer. I mentioned that she must have been busy as I was waiting almost a hour and she told me she only got the job slip at 12:56pm which was a minute after I asked reception. Basically Ally forgot to put my name down thus I was waiting for nothing and then when I asked the other receptionist was lied to. Instead of making excuses if the second receptionist told me straight up Abby forgot to out me in the system I could have accepted that. After I had the X-Rays the second receptionist was no where to be seen and Abby was not back from lunch so I asked a third receptionist what happened and her attitude could use a lot of work. I do hope the receptionists get their act together as it makes the whole experience a negative one which is a shame as the Radiographer was great.
