Pete’s Bootcamps are really great! It’s the only fitness routine I’ve been able to stick to consistently on a bi-weekly basis. The variety of exercise and great group of people make it fun and enjoyable. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my fitness through the circuits and running.

Pete’s sessions are absolutely fantastic! They are challenging but super fun with great variety so there’s something for everyone. Pete goes the extra mile to make sure every session challenges everyone (regardless of fitness level) while ensuring everyone feels included and part of the Healthy Switch team. Such a great way to start my mornings. Great value and definitely money well spent. I’ve never been fitter! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Healthy Switch are excellent, their great energy makes it easy to get out of bed early in the morning for classes! Sessions are well prepared, dynamic, and structured in way that you can really push yourself as hard as you're feeling up for. I've definitely built my fitness and strength significantly since joining up for twice weekly sessions. The groups are all friendly and approachable so I recommend trying a class and see how it goes for you.
I started with Healthy Switch at the start of the isolation period in March 2020, and simply put, it has been the best thing I could have done. Not only feeling much fitter and healthier, but has been great for my mental health as well. Would highly recommend to all ages groups.
I have been training with Pete for over 5 years now and it’s a great experience! I love that we get to train outside and Pete is super encouraging without being too harsh! Suitable for all abilities but be prepared to work hard! Thanks Pete.

I’ve been using Pete for a few years now and can highly recommend his sessions. He keeps you motivated while working at your own pace in a group of varying abilities. I’m at the very end of a pregnancy now and looking forward to getting back to done hard work in a few months time!
