Always great service and products. Gift finding is never an issue as there is something for everyone there, and you end up picking up for yourself too. Love walking in there with the friendly and knowledgeable staff able to support and assist, as well as converse on your level.

I wish I could rate this lower then one star. Terrible service. Took my money, couldn't provide the product (apparently out of stock), took a total of 9 days to even tell me that (after I contacted them to chase them up) and then they just refunded my money with no explanation or apology. Strongly recommend that you do not purchase from this retailer. Complete and utter waste of time and energy.
Amazing place for high end quality.
I have been a returning and loyal customer to Harrolds since it opened, both in store and online. During the Black Friday Sales I experienced the WORSE possible service I have encountered in my life and I am being brutally honest! I am a very frequent shopper, so I know what is good and bad. Trust me I do! Firstly, I used your click and collect service for the first time and it FAILED! - the item sold out as the last unit was sold in store, it was not put a side or taken off the floor when I put through my order. You need to seriously update your database if you're going to provide this service. I went beyond my duty as a consumer who purchase expensive goods on a regular basis, as I called your warehouse team and store team to find this out! Secondly, my second order was a delivery - the product was not in the parcel, its a missing item! The investigation has been on going for a week now! I am extremely furious and disappointed! I am out of pocket almost 400! Your customercare staff Rebecca has not been helpful, she is very slow at her job, show no empathy, rude phone manners - I have had the worse customer service experience EVER! Please hire some one who is more knowledgeable and enjoy their job as she clearly doesnt! I wont be spending a dollar at your store anymore. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Had absolutely amazing service regarding my wedding suit. Antonio from the Tom ford department has gone above and beyond to accommodate my wishes, and the entire process from start to finish has been impeccable. Would recommend this store and his services to anyone out there who is looking for a great suit for a special day, and get the royal treatment included.
I dropped in this store today as I have wanted to visit it for a while now a purchase something. I wasn’t really dressed well as I dropped in after work but the staff and customer service was top notch. Purchased a bracelet and looks so cool.
