You need to line and then you can eat it, haha. Order system is nice. Tasted good and cheap for me.

Can’t argue, the best ramen in Melbourne, I wish we could have more similar level of ramen in the southeast so I don’t need to travel to the city. Wait time was about 30 min as usual, they probably can get a larger shop considering line are always there and long. My first time tried god fire spicy soup, still prefer the original broth wish stronger flavours

Consistently good quality tonkotsu ramen. Probably one if not the most popular ramen restaurant in town. I can't fault it and it tastes just like being back in Tokyo. Queues can get very long and snake down Russell St so come just before it opens if you don't want to wait. I had takeaway a lot from here during the pandemic and still tasted as good having it at home as instore.

As expected, Hakata does not disappoint. The broth is on point, full of flavour and so creamy. The seasoning is perfect and not overpowering. It’s also worth nothing that you can choose the texture of noodle and salt level which will be done as requested without fail. I’m still let to revive soft when I order hard noodle. The place is busy and buzzing, probably not ideal spot to sit down and talk for hours on end, but definitely the beat if looking for good ramen Highly recommend

Best ramen in Melbourne absolutely. The same customised order paper in Japan. But can’t feel any service. It’s just 25mins after opening. The only working hard one is the chef. Other staff moved baby chair and furnitures rudely, dropping off the cutlery just like Roberts. What surprised me is they get water from hand-washing tap. I can see clearly there’s another filter tap and every staff do that.

The ramen in here is really good and the broth is extremely flavourful, you could choose your level of saltiness and how firm you want your noodles from (there normal is a bit more firmer than many other stores I've been to). The store is quite busy so you might need to wait for a while, the glass however, still had rice on the side of it but it didn't bother because the food was delicious.

Needed to wait in a line for 40min for the service. Tonkotsu broth and store made noodle is authentic. Gyoza is just average.
