Visited for the first time and probably never again. I'm not sure if this is incompetence, an innocent mistake, or something else, but the seller asked me to pay the full price for the products that were shown online to be discounted. I showed them the website right then and there. In response, they started making up an argument that didn't make any sense at all... Something about "shipment charges". I was dumbfounded! I was shopping IN STORE. How could you possibly apply shipping charges for someone shopping in store?

No doubt Go Vita QV is the best place for you to purchase supplements, 10/10. I have been coming to this store ever since I arrived Australia in 2017. The owner and staff members are all very welcoming and friendly. Price: Always provide customers with the lowest price local stores offer. Not to mention there will be a further discount if you join the membership. Products: The variety of products is surprisingly high. There are all sorts of brands with solid quality for you to choose from. Customer service: Like i mentioned above, the staff members are extremely friendly to customers. They are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable at the same time. Staffs here teach you patiently on how to use these supplements correctly to get the maximum benefits. Even though you might have to wait for a few minutes during the peak-hours, but it's definitely worth your time!
Hey guys This shop is the best supplements one I have ever been to. The price is the best and the host is so nice to everyone in the shop. People who working out in fitness first and any time fitness even I recommended my friends who were working out in Doherty’s gym to this shop. The host can give the best advises and instructions for using all the products for body healthy. As he said to me health is the basement of your body. He always choose products to customer according to customers ‘ situations. The shop always has the best and newest products, the host always learns and updates his knowledge for taking care of all customers.
The most helpful customer service with true honesty. I have been to many supplement stores, Go Vita QV has to be the best one I’ve ever been in to. The knowledge of product is amazing and I had an amazing experience. Must go!!
i Usually make purchases regularly from this store and decided to see if there are any samples on a product i was interested in, however i have noted that they are trying to on sell items that display not for resale/ sample only. This should not be an item that is on their shelf as a sale item. 99.9% of stores will provide a 'sample' for the customers benefit to experience other products within the store. Usually the case of them receiving samples from their wholesaler. I will not be returning to this store as its all about the money for the owner and not assisting the customers for further product experiences.
This is the best story for fitness supplement in Melbourne city so far. The owner is a great person. The price is also great. Me as a personal trainer, highly recommend.
Long time customer no more! Been coming here for years.. mainly due to convenience. Came in at 7.17pm to grab a bunch of stuff and shutters were half down. I was still apologetic as I scurried to get what I needed only to be told by the arrogant staff member and his impatient (girlfriend?) In wait.. to 'get out' as they are closed. Questioned the closing time and was told that they can basically close when they like and that they turned the systems off for the night anyway and are closing up. Clearly dont need my business and thankfully Melbourne is awash with these health store vendors. Don't give these ungrateful people your money if you value quality service!
