The cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic, shame the pool was closed on the 39 deg days there were too. The units were cozy and equipped ok, will never be the same as at home. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, that were no biggie and I passed these on to the reception team to hopefully get remedied.
