Worst possible service, file owner repeatedly asked for the same information that was provided, we missed settlement, racked up 1650 in costs as not settled on time, couldn't speak to file owner, wouldn't take a call to discuss, felt sorry for call centre people. Wouldn't recommend. Slow, non responsive, horrible communication.

This is a legal firm and conveyancing practice which represents many of the banks. They represent AMP Bank and Bluestone Mortgages amongst others so loan documents for these lenders will be issued here. This used to be a popular settlement venue until the need for physical documentation exchange was made redundant by PEXA.
