dining time：22/01/2020 It’s more than one year ago, my eating speed is much faster than my review writing speed I was impressive for the ambience, especially the lamp over my head on the wall reminded me think of Venice. The service was great of course The food was nothing too impressive honestly，comparing with the price… I will come to try here second time next week Hope it will be better than my first time here

The service was slow, we sat for 15 minutes with only water. It took a few goes to get someone to take our order and they weren’t happy when they finally came over. The food came quickly before our drinks, then the bread came as we were finishing our meal and as it was placed on the table the response from the wait staff was “better late than never”. The food was less than impressive.
We went for 2 courses at the Grill downstairs as more casual, the duck pasta and swordfish for starters, followed by porterhouse and eye fillets steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall was good food and service.
WOW! The Chef is truly a magician and the care taken by Amelia was impeccable! We are definitely going back here very soon. Best Birthday dinner for my fiance he loved the experience :)
Such a great experience we had here today. We made a booking for 4 of us today for lunch, we arrived 30mins early and they still organised a table for us. From the time we sat down we were looked after very well by every waitress/waiter. We weren’t sure what beer to have as we haven’t had any Italian beers other than peroni. We ended up having 4 different Italian beers and enjoyed them a lot. We also asked the staff to recommend entre’s and mains to us and they all were perfect. We will definitely be back, you have new regulars. It literally felt like we were overseas in Europe with all the different accents of waiters. Thanks for the great meal and awesome hospitality. This place is so much more comfortable than other fine dining experiences I've had in Melbourne. The staff are so calm and professional. Love it.
