Great quality products, lead time issues only disappointment

Although the staff were lovely to speak with, the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. Waited 4 weeks for a light to be delivered because of warehouse issues, which was repeatedly promised to arrive within a few days. After being promised compensation for the extreme delay, they backed out. What a joke. On principle, i will never spend money with this company again. Only an idiot would.
