The Team and Family at Empress Diamonds are wonderful to deal with. We bought my custom made engagement ring there and now buying my wedding and eternity ring from there. They do not do the hard sell which I appreciate, they just put the best quality diamonds in front of you for you to make your choice. They can custom design anything with a really quick turn around.

Highly recommend. Empress diamonds helped me understand exactly what I was buying, I was a bit lost as most younger blokes are when buying engagement rings and they we’re nothing but helpful trying to suit my budget. They do not set unrealistic prices like most places do and try get you to haggle they just give you a great deal from the start very upfront and honest. Definitely a happy customer and will be returning for the wedding bands later this year. They also repaired and cleaned my gold chain for about half the cost anyone else quoted me which I’m very happy with. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a long overdue review for Empress Diamond. A couple of months ago, I was blown away with their down to earth and friendly approach, especially Liz, after visiting so many retail stores and some jewelers in the city. I knew nothing about diamonds and I even told her that (I thought she would know anyhow just by looking at my face) but instead of taking advantage of that, Liz gently explained about diamonds and showed me their beautiful designs then asked me about my budget and passed to her boss (who was also a straightforward and down to earth jeweler). They gave me the most beautiful diamond which would have cost me double the price at other jewelers. I was over the moon when receiving the certificate which gave the valuation of the ring at more than double the price I paid. I can’t recommend Empress Diamond enough. I think they are really a rare gem in the jewelry industry.

Have had several pieces made here, including wedding bands and earrings. Always the most outstanding, professional and friendly service and at affordable prices. I had my engagement ring made elsewhere, but even take it to Empress now for repairs and cleaning as they are the best I have experience by far. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere other than Empress, they are first-class on every level!
