My case worker or so called "agent007" was absolutely rude, I'm paying double every time I have too and I only forgot to pay once. Steven Parv my caseworker was so rude ,swearing and intimidating a total disgrace.As far as I'm concerned he's got no social skills and shouldn't be in a job like this ! Better be a bouncer ! Anyway nearly done with them and hope the new "Agent007" is a bit better, will find out soon as I will need know where I'm at as I'm paying more every fortnight !

I've worked with George now for several years and he's been great at getting the occasional client to pay - and he does so tactfully which is important as I have an ongoing relationship with my clients
I have been in business for 15 years, and chasing the odd non-payer for the same amount of time! These guys were professional and successful in their commitment to getting bad debtors to pay. Their communication was excellent and advice provided honest.
This company is trying to collect on Anytime Fitness accounts that have been closed for 3 years. There are multiple reviews on anytime fitness for ex members who are getting called out of the blue asking for money they have never received a bill for. Seems like a scam
What a great bunch of professionals, helpful attentive and most of all they get results. The only whingers you will find are the crooks that do not pay their bills. If you need a debt collection service you will not find a better company to work with. Thanks for all your help guys. I look forward to working with you closely into the future.
Insanely rude, TJ account manager for Ola Cabs refused to speak to me or listen, basically interrupted me the entire time and where it says on the website "willing to work with you". 100%, not the case. Haven't wrote a google review in ages, but worth calling this unprofessional behavior out. Wouldn't recommend any company to consider them extremely unprofessional.
