I am visiting Melbourne and my jacket got stained while travelling here. The owner of the business dry cleaned it beautifully in less than 24 hours, and then to my delight delvered it to my Hotel in Docklands himself this morning. How about that for great service !

Terrible customer service. They lost my coat's belt. The guy kept saying that you didn't give us the belt. Finally they gave me another belt with completely different fabric! so unhappy!
