Twice in 2 days these guys parked across my driveway while doing some work on a power pole, yesterday was completely across the driveway, today was covering half the driveway. When I confronted them they said they'd only be 5 mins.. like thats ok.

Doing the online induction now, although it is long, I see it as necessary to work towards Zero Harm... finding out about the Journey of the company and how it grew was amazing! A lot of Blood, sweat and tears were put into building an outstanding organisation. I never knew until now that by me driving my car to the train station, riding the train into the city, and then using the tram was all bought to me by you. Everything I charge my phone, use my stove, grab a glass of water, that wouldn't be there it it wasn't for you... may I say thankyou for your service!
Your online induction for workers would have to be the most insanly long winded, unnecessary induction on planet earth. If I combined the time spent on inductions for every company i have ever worked for it would still amass to a smaller amount of time than yours. That is including companies such as John Holland, Rio Tinto and Leightons. I can assure you that very little is actually taken in and most people would near on fall asleep at their computers. Utterly ridiculous.
Asphalt plant operator, having to travel between plants Somerton/Bayswater at your own expense/time, Safety/driving fatigue management there is none, it is expected you deal with it. No life/work balance long hours, weekend and nightshift coverage.
