Went out for dinner to try hot pot for my first time, service was poor and no one could speak english so none of my questions could be answered until they woke up a employee who was sleeping on one of the tables who could better communicate, had to ask for a ladles, water and napkins. Didn't have the drinks we ordered from the menu either. Very overpriced as the quality of food was extremely poor and also they have sesame sauces on the table before you sit down, don't explain that you have to pay for them or what they are then add it to the bill at the end. They also brought us extra sauces when we didn't ask lucky we didn't open them as we would've had to pay extra. If you scroll through the reviews you will notice the same problems as we had amongst all the obviously fake reviews.

Definitely the best Hot Pot in Melbourne! Really great service and food. The staff are very accomodating, and there is a large variety of meats and veggies.
The service here is really good and the traditional spicy soup is the best soup I have ever tried maybe can try other soup base next time !

Great, authentic hot pot. Extremely spicy - make sure you select the least spicy option. Extremely expensive also, a better deal if in a large group. The premium meat was to die for, highly recommended! The only minus are the restrooms, somebody should really take better care of them.
