been there few times to process passport related paperwork. 100% satisfied every time I go. Every staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Best about them is definitely efficiency. They always process much faster than I expected. Lucky I had them

Polite staff and efficient process. I applied for a visa and the process is very straight forward (I recommend to go online and print the check list for all the documents required from their official website) As a fellow reviewer mentioned, I agree they could improve by: accepting card payments (eftpos). But if you forget to bring cash, there is a 7 eleven nearby with an ATM machine. Special note: In my opinion none of the employees are rude, they were friendly and even replied with a joke after I make a terrible joke. At first they were very serious and that is understandable, they are consular officers who sometimes deal with people that don't have all the documents required and could be difficult. For your own sake don't be one of them. * Toilet outside in the same floor.

It was such a smooth process! You just have to have all the documents requested and you get sent through to the visa officers directly- no appointment necessary. They have computers and printers available for people who need to print extra documents. Parking is for 4/hour outside the embassy building.

Processed in a timely manner because i bring all my documents stated in the website, brought cash, even if you don’t have the documents they provide a computer for you to print. not much crowded when i arrive there at noon. But the person who handled me is not friendly at all, no hello or even a full worded sentence. Even the security is nicer!

The recent customer service from a lady and a male both were thr worst ever. They were both so rude and unprofessional and they didnt seem to put any thoughts on their job. They tend to try to avoid their responsibilities as a consulate staff. And the infos they provide are not up-to-date and likely to be wrong to be followed. Korean government must fix it especially the terrible service attitude of the staff in Melbourne consulate.
