We went there half an hour before our appointment. The staff accepted our documents anyway, and within 15 minutes, we got the passport for our daughter. Quick service and polite staff!

Fast and efficient service! Not many people waiting. All the staff very friendly and professional. I had an appointment to renew my passport. I did not wait too long to sign all the documents and I waited 10 minutes longer to receive my brand new passport! Fantastic!

Just want to share what a great experience I received at the consulate!!! The staff were extremely helpful and explained the whole process for my citizenship by descent application. The staff very clearly explained what was required which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Mr. Scarati was patient and helped me with every question I had. Fantastic service!!!
