I purchased my apartment in 2016 (built by CE circa 2013). Due to shoddy construction I have continued water ingress issues. CE have failed to find the source. They admitted liability after a complaint to the DBDRV (they ignored my previous correspondence which is how it progressed to that stage in the first instance) however did not follow through with the resolution. They are now ignoring my emails. Further, the electrical suppliers they used sourced faulty cables which ended up being recalled and had to be replaced at the cost of owners when their supplier went bankrupt. Be very cautious before purchasing a property built by this group.

Low grade quality service; typical of a construction engineering firm that prioritizes profit for developers and own kick back interests over the provision of quality services to the customer. Hacks.
I wish there was anything less than 1 star here to choose. Useless group which will always ensure to surpass in providing you the most horrendous service you've experienced.
