Worst real estate I have ever deal with. Never reply email and can’t in touch. Even our other businesses owner face the same issue. Especially the guy name TAN. Lucky we change the real estate now, 10x happier than with CBRE! !! Don’t recommend put your property lease or rent from CBRE. No one there will care your small business!

Had a CBRE guy doing evaluation for my apartment in Box Hill. Asked several strange questions, e.g. 1) what are you going to use the money for (after top up)? 2) who live in this apartment? 3) do you have a spare car to park in the underground car park? The next door apartment is selling now for 640K -660K. The guy gave the evaluation number of 490K after knowing the answers to those questions. Also putting in a note that he thinks the apartment is built with flammable cladding, even though body corporate has provided a couple of certificates/documents with test results showing the material used is not flammable. The unprofessionalism from CBRE evaluation people is unseen in this industry. I am seeking a place to make a further complaint on these guys and how they even obtain the licenses in the first place.

the worse service I have ever seen. No communication. When settlement took place I had to chase and chase to obtain keys. Im shocked as i thought CBRE was extremely good.

It is interesting reading some of the negative feedback here. I have had shocking experiences with some of the agents, especially Nick Lower and Tim Last. You cannot trust a word these agents say, so from a sale or purchase of commercial property I would not recommend CBRE. It’s also interesting to note that they used to dominate the commercial space as every second listing was them. Conversely, Colliers seems to have taken over the market. I’m yet to sell with Colliers but they must be doing something right because every second listing is now them.

I’ve asked about 5-6 times to not contact/call me, and they keep calling me to sell products. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY, they have no integrity.
