The doctor Natasha gave us some good advice and was fairly knowledgable. But instead of being at least a little bit polite and patient, the receptionist was very rude towards us and basically pushed us to pay when we had some questions on how the fee was calculated (the fee was much higher than we expected and we just needed to know what we were paying for). I think it's a good idea to ask how much they would charge you upfront to avoid ending up with a fairly high bill to pay and some attitudes from their receptionist.

The doctor is great, very knowledgeable. But the receptionist is very rude and aggressive. She totally ruined the whole experience. The recommendation is to hire a more friendly receptionist. And definitely a lot overpriced for a GP consultation.

If you are looking to see a pathology specialist through a referral obtained by your GP, do not come to this place. There is a white woman that will treat you like absolute garbage, rush you so you can hurry up and get up out of there, throw in passive aggressive remarks for whatever reason and will ruin your day completely. Do not come to this place to see a pathology specialist until they get rid of this extremely unlikable and disaster of a woman. Extremely rude. Thank you

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jelena Radosavljevic. She makes you go in circle for months and returns you home saying "There's nothing wrong with you, it's all in your mind." while the patient suffers. She's totally uptight and wants her way. Just avoid her.

I have taken my wife for pre natal care to CBD doctors. We consulted with Dr.Natasha Mitik-Dineva and she is one of the best doctor i have seen in my past experience in Melbourne for last 3.5 years. She took care of my wife so positively and she explained everything in detail at all times so patiently. Thanks to CBD doctor for having Dr.Natasha. Highly recommend CBD doctors and Dr.Natasha for pre natal care.

Request to order couple of tests, they only issue request form for one test and suggest me to do another expensive that I don’t need. To get the result for the first test, I booked an extra appointment which costed 88. They will let you to spend as much money as you could.
