Following Christmas my partner and I visited to purchase a bag. Customer service was exceptional. Excellent attention to detail from start to finish. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and made us feel welcome. Complimentary refreshments and a sweet treat contributed to what was an excellent experience. Will definitely visit again, and wish other retailers would follow suit.

Worst customer service, I bought a bag less than 2 years ago. And the color has changed. I used the bag for 3-4 times. And when I contacted them as still under the 2 years warranty, she said that’s normal of aging. And we can’t help. I will never buy Burberry Bag
