Warm welcome to clinic is first impression. ensuring that I'm comfortable when I receive my treatments ( fat frizzing ) Staff are very friendly and professional and very attention to details. My therapist was lovely , she took the time to explain the process and go through what they are going to do and explain the after care steps clearly. She was very polite and caring. I left the clinic very happy and look forward to have my next appointment with them again.

The staff are very friendly and they always make sure you feel comfortable (shoutout to Lisa and Giulia)! The rooms are quite nice, always kept clean and overall has a pleasant ambiance. I always look forward to my appointments because the clinic has an array of different modalities to help you reach your body goals and their memberships allow you to try different ones! I absolutely love seeing the progress it gives me.

Lisa was very professional and had in depth knowledge about the treatements. She explained each one really well and helped to understand them. She then examined me and offered the best treatments and even helped with a finance plan to start with. She was very honest and had great communication, people and customer service skills. Thank you!
