Had the best experience ever of buying our new motorbike the BMW R18 first edition. Right from the moment we called Southbank BMW everything was hassle free and professional. Initially we were going to buy from a dealer closer to where we live but got such bad service, we decided to go to Southbank instead. Best decision ever!! We dealt with Omar who couldn’t have been more helpful and Evan who was equally so. They impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism. Both are a real asset to the company and dealership!

Went there for a service. Rode my bike out of there with the biggest grin. They have really looked after it and fix the battery issue. While waiting in the show room was looked after by both Jared and Omar, they are very knowledgeable and passionate about the bikes and the brand. Will highly recommend this dealership specially if you are still unsure about what sort of adventure you are after.

Hopeless and useless, just waste of time. In more detail, I have a BMW G310GS and received a safety related recall letter, which is all fine and understandable, I gave them a call, been told that the part has to be ordered and that it would take roughly around 3 months. Approximately, 1 month later I went to the dealer to get my engine protection bar fitted only to find out that there was no order placed for my recall part (and my engine protection bar wasn't there either, even though they told me it was. So I had to wait 3 hours for them to get the part from another dealer who had it in their stock). They did put an order again and I've been told that it'll arrive in about 3 months, which is disappointing but OK. It's been more 4 months now, I've been trying to reach out to someone to talk to, either there is no response or when I actually get through, I'm told that I'll get a call back from them. Finally today, after calling them persistently, I managed to talk to someone who actually had 2 mins to check the part, only to find out that the part had arrived. It's unbelievably disappointing, the effort a customer has to spend to talk to a BMW representative. Putting my engine protection bar was very disappointing, but there is a recall on brake calipers and they don't even bother calling you back or even worse, they don't bother answering your calls. I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends, very unprofessional and inefficient.
