I was assisted by Jon, absolutely amazing service. He explained everything he was doing and why, he explained what the problem was, why the problem was occurring, how to prevent it in the future and not once was condescending nor rude, just helpful and informative. He was efficient but very thorough, ensuring everything was working and running smoothly. Would definitely highly recommend especially as their pricing is a lot more reasonable than other companies.
