PURCHASED ONLINE Ally Fashion's Customer Service Team Online is non-existent. I purchased clothing from them and one of the items arrived covered in marks and damages. They requested I visit my nearest Ally Store, but there is none in Regional Victoria. All stores are closed anyway due to Covid-19. I always heard that the stores customer service was poor; now I have experienced it first hand. EDIT: The matter was resolved today, after the unhelpful and rude experience I had with the Customer Service Team Member, Saoirse, I was pleasantly surprised by the very polite Customer Service Member, Naomi, for fixing the issue. Thank you

This place sells very pretty ladies clothes. I'm a big fat hairy bogan who's never shopped here. Why does Google Maps think I visited Ally Fashion? Does Google know something about me that even I do not? This is very strange. Have a five star review, and tell nobody.

I have always loved shopping in Ally but when the manager(Jasmine)is so rude and You feel discriminated whenever you go , it just stops you to shop from there.I have half of my clothes from ally. She never smiles and she looks at you as if you have come to steal . Come on, All are not thieves. 4-5 months before when I was trying clothes there , one of your employees was peeping through the curtains intruding my privacy and asking if I need something. I felt so bad and very uncomfortable about it. I talked to that employee and she said if you want I can talk to her manager which I did. So the manager first didnt agree to me but when I told her its not right to intrude my privacy like that so she apologised. N then next day when I wanted to return the top which I bought the day before and even I asked one of the employees that if I can return it if it doesnt fit me (as I didnt have time to try it) and she said yes. The same manager wasnt happy to return it as there was no tag on it but I had the receipt. I just bought it a day before. So she refunded it and said she wont do it again very rudely. So after that I stopped going there. I went today and was holding a coffee cup . She wasnt happy to see me . So i asked her if I can keep the coffee cup somewhere , she said No. so finally asked where can I keep it. So she said she can leave it at the counter( with an irritated face) i bought a cardigan , she told me she cant refund it as its on sale.Welll, Thanks for your superb customer service. I prefer going to chadstone now.

Could not find his for ages but eventually did and was totally worth it the girls were super nice and super helpful. Love ally but it’s a shame it’s soo hidden. Still worth going I’d say

Would give this store 0 stars if I could. Came into the store to do an exchange/refund and the middle-aged asian lady with red nails who served me was VERY rude and acted self righteous even though I knew my rights as a consumer. I have been shopping at Ally online and instore for a few years, I am not one who tells people how to do their job but she kept flickering around with my phone trying to "check my order" OVER five times? (As you all should know online orders with Ally fashion do not use paper reciepts, so in order to show proof of purchase you need to show it on a device) Are you serious woman you should have noted my order number down in your system before doing anything else. Then she had the audacity to try and decline my request for a refund saying I purchased an item on sale when i clearly didn't!!! Again, she went to double check on my phone and her computer system which wasted another 5 minutes of my life and the other girls behind me waiting to check out were very annoyed. Would recommend that people shop at allyfashion HIGHPOINT instead, they are much more friendlier to customers, this lady's attitude was atrocious!!!

Great to buy cheap clothes for work however quality of clothes isnt always great. Have new stock coming in all the time.
