The young girl over charged me, even when I told her she had already scanned items twice. She wouldn’t listen. Thank you for your prompt reply and I understand it can happen. This happened 2 weeks ago.

Paid extra for the balloons to be inflated with a helium that apparently lasts longer? They were deflated by the end of my daughters birthday. We were meant to pick them up on the Sunday, ended up getting stuck and had to pick up the following day. My partner copped a "the ones she was meant to pick up yesterday?" When he asked for the order. I also picked out the balloons and told the girl behind the counter that whoever was making uo the order, to just add whatever they thought looked good balloons wise. That wasnt done. Will go to big w from now on, seems to be a really poorly run business which is unfortunate.
