Worst butcher I've ever made the mistake of shopping at. Over 10.00 for a piece rump steak that was as thick as a sheet of paper. Be warned don't shop here.

The produce, deli and butcher's are absolutely delish. They have a massive range of dips too. Staff are always so helpful and kind.

Very unpleasant visit.. First we parked in the customer parking area and purchased our fruit and veg. Then went across the road to get a take away coffee and the owner followed us to the cafe, said we cannot park at his shop, even after showing him our bags of produce, and to move our car immediately.. And to top it off, the apples were floury. Will not be going back or recommending to friends and family..

The store is under new management since December 2016 and the quality of the fruit and vegetables has gone down hill. The deli is still good. Not sure how they will get the customers back if the quality improves. Always great when Nick ran it he knew his customers and would tell you that "such and such" is great quality this week.

Such a shame the quality of fruit and vegetables have declined so sharply since early 2017. This was our local gem and the butcher is still great, however too many poor quality / rotten goods have us travelling elsewhere. I really hope things can improve.

Clean, wonderful variety and fresh foods. The butcher is brilliant and the delicatessen to die for, especially with all the patisseries introduced. A real European feel. The fruit and veggies section is second to none and the finest in the Illawarra.

Meadow Street Grocers & Deli offers a great range of fresh fruit & vegetable produce, including a deli, dairy section, with a wide variety of other groceries & delicacies. It's well laid out with wide aisles in the fruit and vegie section. Easy parking. They even bake some types of speciality varieties of bread on the premise with really friendly and helpful staff. My two favourites are the sourdough and strawberries.
