I didn't have a great experience at this clinic. It was Dr Ehud I was visiting. I have Uveitis in my left eye. When I visited Mckinnon eye clinic, the doctor didn't diagnose it from beginning and got me started on the steroids drop. It didn't really help and after 4th visit, over 2 month, when I said that I was still in pain with severe light sensitivity and blurry vision, he just said that he can't tell the reason. He asked me to discontinue the drops which I did and within 24 hours my situation was worsening. To the point that I couldn't get out of the dark room, even the slightest light was causing unbearable pain. I then went to East St kilda eye clinic where the doctor diagnosed me with Uvietis and he provided the best care. I felt like I was asked to come in for multiple appointments at McKinnon just so that they could make money out of my appointments. Also, my husband wasn't allowed to enter the consulting room or the waiting area. Given the severity of my situation, I wanted him to attend the appointment with me, however the family members were requested to wait outside of the clinic.

We can not recommend Dr Zamir and the Mckinnon eye clinic enough. My elderly mother has a range of conditions including, glaucoma, cataracts and the emergence of Image result for macular degeneration and her previous ophthalmologist was unable to ever offer an effective treatment path. Dr Zamir turned this around, resolving the cataract issue and seemingly with it, her glaucoma. Also, the macular degeneration is now being prudently managed through regular treatments. Thank you to Dr Zamir and his friendly team. You renewed my mother zest for life and we are indelibly grateful.

Dr Zamir diagnosed a problem in my eye which had not been diagnosed in any examination previously. This affected and complicated the procedure for eye surgery which I needed. Dr Zamir explained the problem and the options really clearly, and with a sense of humour. He carried out the surgery with utmost diligence and skill, and as a result my vision is restored. In fact, it is now better than it was before. I would highly recommend Dr Zamir.

Dr. Ehud solved my eye problem the very first time. I had yellowish eyes with yellow substance which was growing and had watery eyes all day long which also made my vision blurry. I am now cured of that. I highly recommend his services. If you have an eye problem, look no further.
