Went through the drive through at 1am on the 29/03/21 and this one man gave the best service I have ever had through maccas. Excellent service and and good quality food, didn’t catch a name but good on you mate!

Very bad food. I asked for no onions I had heaps of them in my burger. My ships were loaded with sauce it was swiming in it!! and they forgot the chicken nuggets . Staff members had NO respect for there manager at all !! Food was really bad. I called them to tell them how our food looked like the pm manager handelt my complain very well they offerd me a 20 voucher I know it's fast food but we payed 35 dollars for this rubbish.
Waiting to order, Receive food after a wait. Customer service was exceptional. Drive through needs work, Baw Baw Shire related, ie carpark, System of entry, waiting area, etc. Parking was a major issue. Redevelopment needed and reccomended.
Just stopped here on a road trip. Our hotcakes were fresh, our hashbrowns were fresh and our cheeseburgers were great. Our sweet & sour sauces were forgotten, but apart from that, a great experience.
over a period of 10 days whilst my newborn was being born I went to maccas the 2nd day, the 5th day and the 10th day and still managed to mess my order up each time with missing items... no compo nothing plus I didn't have the time to ask. No recommendation!
