Hands down the best service from a Maccas store. Plenty of staff to get through the ques quickly, especially breakfast time when you want a coffee but in a hurry for work.
Wrong orders were given to us twice. Old and dry fries served. Food quality and Customer service needed hugh improving there. Not visiting again!
Ordered 2 happy meal today for my nephew and niece through UBereats as they are requesting for toys and chicken nuggets.. when we received it, theres no toys at all. Felt so sorry for my nephew and niece. Tried to call mcdonalds gregory hills but no one was answering.
I sent my father in law to get breakfast treat for the family today. Ridiculous what was missing in the bag. No sausage and egg in the sausage and egg Mc Muffin. No syrups not even one for the four lots of hotcakes I ordered instead apparently Vegemite and strawberry jam go on the hotcakes. I got 3 butters for 12 hotcakes! Well done Gregory hills McDonald's! Every time they have stuffed up the order and when I rang them the manager said " we have 15 year olds who work here " like that is a great response and for 50 worth off food I get a 20 voucher. Not good enough!
