I have used this storage facility in the past (2013) found the manager rude and staff never seen around apart from in the office or smoking ! I needed to use again reluctant to use again but location was ideal.. THANKFULLY .. New staff and new name have now left me feeling quite different about the place, given my job I was not able to recommend people there and I know I steered business elsewhere..after hours experience of being locked in and no one to help was truly appalling .. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND STORAGE KING FRANKSTON .. To anyone the staff were constantly walking around making you and your possessions feel savoured and safe.. You were greeted with a smile and had a chat like they were old friends.. Keep up the great customer service as we all know word of mouth is the best source of advertising .. I have already given feedback to BIG4 and I'm now. Pleased I went back special thanks to Erin and Ash you do the brand proud all the best Tammy
